How do I place an order?

Simply place an order on this website, adding products to your shopping cart and checking out once your order is completed. Orders will only be shipped when full payment is received – via EFT bank transfer.

Shipping

Stairparts Oz ships all parts via ground freight. If you are enquiring about delivery outside of Australia please send us an email info@stairpartsoz.com.au. Please note we DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.

 

How much is freight?

We have a flat rate for all freight pending your location.  The more you buy the more you save! Pricing is based per state and location. If you are enquiring on international freight please email us directly for a quotation.

 

How long will my Stairparts Oz products take to ship?

All goods should be delivered within 7 days.

 

Can I track where my order is?

If you are enquiring about your items you can track using your con note number (located within your order once it has been shipped) at www.directfreightexpress.com.au

 

What if I want to order large shipments?

If you want to buy larger shipments of any goods please email us at info@stairpartsoz.com.au Containers can be arranged.

 

What happens if no one is at the premises to accept goods when the driver arrives?

The driver will leave a card advising the receiver that a delivery was attempted. The receiver is then to make contact with our office to arrange another mutually convenient delivery date. Goods may be left but only if the freight company has written instructions from the sender/ receiver. These instructions can be included in the “Special Instructions” panel on the website. Eg. If not home leave behind side gate.

Can I pick up the goods or organise my own freight.

Unfortunately not. In order for us to drive down our costs to give you the best possible price available, we need to streamline all processes and that includes deliveries. Orders can not be picked up from Stairparts Oz.

What happens if I am not home when the goods are delivered?

In Australia Direct Freight Express will not leave goods unattended. They will attempt to deliver to your location on 2 occasions.  If they are unsuccessful on these 2 occasions then you will either need to pay for the final drop or pick up from the depot.

How do I pay? 

Full payment must be received before orders are shipped. Currently EFT transfer is our only payment method.

Cancellation policy:

Once your order has been paid for, our warehouse will immediately pack and despatch your goods.  Once despatch has commenced cancelling orders will be at the customers expense – customers will incur all freight costs and any other associated charges (handling etc).

Credit card information is used only for payment processing. Credit card information is not used for any other purpose by us or our financial services providers and will not be kept longer than necessary for providing the services. All transactional data is stored on a secure site that employs industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security technology and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.
