Shipping

Stairparts Oz ships all products via ground only.  We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.

Please inspect freight shipments carefully for damage or missing items. Do not allow the freight drivers to rush you on your inspection. Please note damaged or missing items on the freight bill when you sign off. Customers are responsible for goods if they sign the freight bill as complete and there are signs of damage or missing parts afterwards.

Customers are responsible for inspecting merchandise for accuracy and notifying us immediately via email info@stairpartsoz.com.au if there are any discrepancies.

Returns

Every item we sell is inspected before it is shipped. When your order arrives please check the items carefully before you sign for the goods. Customers are responsible if they sign the freight bill as complete and there are signs of damage or missing parts afterwards.
Any goods that are deemed missing or damaged at the time of delivery, please notify and leave with the delivery driver to return to Stairparts Oz. Please notify us at info@stairpartsoz.com.au of any items that is missing or damaged.  We will not ship replacement parts or issue a credit until the goods have been returned back to us.

Back orders

We immediately check we have availability upon receipt of your order. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of an expected delay as soon as possible and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order.
